| This is
a clip our videographers shots from a wedding I performed at
a church in Santa Barbara. Could have been a problem because
the DJ kept messing up with wrong music at the wrong times.
Finally, he started the music right in the middle of the blessing
and pronouncement! Clip shows example of handling the unexpected,
adapting to the moment, letting the ceremony express the joy
and emotion of everybody in attendance. |

The Pre-Wedding Clip (left) captures
a bit of what I do prior to the ceremony. I usually arrive about
a half hour or more ahead of time, depending on the situation.
My primary goal by this time is mostly just reassurance -- a
few last minute reminders (the couples' minds often tend to
be a bit in the clouds at that point), being aware, sensitive,
and reassuring so everybody can truly embrace and enjoy all
the feelings and emotions of the moment. It is a wonderful time
to be alive! |
